The following is the text of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) addressed to visitors of the Rework website located at www.rework.zone (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) during its use, ordering, correspondence, leaving feedback, etc.
This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with applicable law. Use of the Site is deemed to be the unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of all provisions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that acceptance of the Agreement is equivalent to signing and concluding the Agreement on the terms set forth. In the event that any part of the Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts thereof shall remain in force.
The Agreement specifies the general conditions for the creation of a personal account, the formation and acceptance of orders, delivery and return of goods, marketing aspects of interaction with the Site, etc.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Site. Please review this Agreement from time to time, as changes made will imply your consent from the moment they are made.
By accepting this Agreement, you consent to the processing and protection of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”).
We value your right to privacy and non-disclosure of personal information. This Agreement is the rules used by all visitors to our service and governs the collection and use of personal information that may be asked/received when visiting the Site, ordering, correspondence, telephone conversations or any other communication with the exchange of data/information. When you use the Site, place an order, participate in promotions, research, or otherwise interact with the Site, the Site may collect both personal information and general data.
Personal information relates to an individual user and is processed in the manner, within the limits, for the purposes specified in the Personal Data Processing Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation). At the same time, registration or provision of such information is not required to view the Site and gain access to its contents.
In order to place an order for goods/services, participate in promotions, research or otherwise interact with the Site, you must familiarize yourself with your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data specified in Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and the Regulations, carefully read this Agreement and the Clause, as well as express your full agreement with their terms.
If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement or Clause, please do not provide personal information (personal data).

The description of goods and services posted on the Site, including the prices indicated on the Site, and information on the availability of goods and services, may change. The amount of the order may vary depending on the price, quantity, nomenclature of the goods available from the seller on the date of shipment. The final cost of the goods or services is indicated in the settlement and/or accompanying documents provided to the buyer (or his representative) upon receipt of the order. In the absence of goods or the possibility of providing a service, the seller can unilaterally cancel the order.

Payment on our website is possible online using a bank card or e-wallet through a secure payment gateway.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
For companies, it is possible to pay by bank transfer.

Placing an order on the Site is possible for registered Users who have access to the Personal Account, as well as for Users who do not have a Personal Account created.
The User places the Order on the Site through the order form in the following sequence:
1) The user goes to the Order form.
2) The user, who already has an Account, confirms in the Order form the validity of the data necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract of sale or the provision of services. The User who makes the Order for the first time must independently fill in the Order form with the data necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the contract of sale or the provision of services. In any case, the provision of outdated and false data of the User may interfere with the execution of the Order.
3) In the Order Form, the User must specify the following data relating to the User: name and surname, contact phone number and/or e-mail address, as well as data relating to the contract of sale or provision of services: Goods (s) or Services, their quantity, place and method of delivery of the Goods (s) or provision of Services, payment method, data on receipt the recipient of the Order (in the case when the recipient of the Order is a third party). Providing an email address is not required. Depending on the chosen method of delivery of Goods or Services, the User may also be asked to provide the following data: address (street, house/apartment number, postal code, town, country).
4) The User chooses one of the methods of delivery and payment for the Goods and Services offered by the Site.
5) The User sends an Order (submits an offer) using the functionality of the Site available for this purpose (this may be the “Order” or “Pay” button).
6) In the process of placing the Order, until the button is pressed, the User has the opportunity to independently adjust the entered data.
7) Depending on the chosen payment method, the User may be redirected to the pages of a third-party payment service provider to make a payment.
8) The User is aware that, regardless of the will of the Site, carriers, delivery services, financial companies, etc. (collectively, “Third Parties”) may set additional fees and tariffs for services provided by third parties. The Site is not responsible for changing such fees or rates. The Site will make every reasonable effort to inform Users of such changes.
9) By clicking on the “Pay” button, the User agrees to pay all related tariffs and commissions charged to the amount of the placed order.
Before placing an Order, the User is obliged to familiarize himself with the provisions of this Agreement and comply with them.
After placing the Order, the Site confirms its receipt and sends to the e-mail address a notification of acceptance of the Order for execution.
Placing an Order by the User does not yet mean the conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement or the provision of services. The contract of sale or provision of services between the User and the Seller is concluded at the time of receipt by the Client of the notification of acceptance of the Order for execution.
In the absence of the Product/Service or other obstacles, the Site will individually contact the User at the e-mail address or phone number specified by the User.
Information about the status of the Order is brought to the attention of the User by one or more of the following available methods: status in the User's Personal Account, notification to the e-mail address.
The Site reserves the right to impose restrictions on the order of the User of certain Goods or Services, in particular, when such Goods or Services are offered as part of promotions. Restrictions will be indicated each time on the Site.

We, the administrators of the online platform “rework.zone”, guarantee the quality of our products and services and strive to provide the highest level of service.
Our refund and refund policy is developed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (in particular, the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).
