Refund and Refund Policy
We, the administrators of the Rework online platform, guarantee the quality of our products and services and strive to provide the highest level of service.
Our refund and refund policy is developed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (in particular, the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).
Refunds for services
In the case of purchasing consulting services, the following refund conditions apply:
Cancellation of consultation:
If the client cancels the consultation at least 24 hours before it starts, we will refund the full cost of the service.
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the consultation, or if the client does not appear for the consultation without warning, the funds will not be refunded.
Quality of service:
If the advice provided does not meet the described characteristics, the client has the right to contact us to resolve the issue within 3 days from the date of receipt of the service. After consideration of the appeal, we decide on a partial or full refund of the cost of the service.
Terms of return:
For a refund, the client must provide a written statement indicating the reason for the refund and the details for the transfer of funds.
The deadline for consideration of the refund application is 7 working days.
The funds are returned in the same way as the payment was made.
Return of goods
Our refund and refund policy is developed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (in particular, the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”) and is valid for 14 days for physical goods. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are restrictions on the terms of return for certain categories of goods:
Products with hygienic restrictions: For products that have direct contact with the body (such as socks), they must be in the factory packaging, not damaged or opened.
Digital goods (tests, games, applications): They must not be activated.
Customized goods: Return of personalised goods (for example with your name) is only possible in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Return procedure
1. To return an item, you must contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide support with a photo of your receipt or other confirmation of purchase to our support team.
3. Send goods by courier to Nova Post.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
When making a shipment by Nova Post, it is worth purchasing delivery insurance for the full cost of the goods.
Reimbursement
After your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and the cats will be automatically sent to your bank card from which you made the payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time to process before getting a refund.
